I honestly havent even tried the nutrition program, for one my fridge is out of order so i cant keep any groceries & for two im vegan (on & off) and im opposed to certain foods in the nutrition plan. But none the less the fitness plan is BOMB, I'm in love, I've been getting great results, and im only one week into the program & just finished the 4 week pre-training. I already feel stronger & have more stamina, cant wait to finish the program & be feeling better about my body.

I have been out of shape for some time now. Always making one excuse or the other. My friend told me about this program and I was apprehensive, but there is a pre-workout schedule for people like me. The work outs are great and can be done at home which is crucial right now. I am starting to feel more accomplished in life. The recipe book makes it so easy to start and change your way of looking at meals and food prep.

I just started today week 3 of pt. I'm down 2.2 pounds and my muscle mass has gone from 32.0 to 32.4. I am also using the bodyboss superfood 12 week plan. It is time consuming, but after you get past Sunday the rest off the week goes smooth. The grocery list was so helpful. The guide really thought of everything. I never am hungry and the taste of the food is great! I can't even explain how much better I feel. I spend most of my day sitting in a chair. I work full time in cybersecurity. I just felt so down and tired. I really needed something to get my body going. As well as being busy with work, I also have two kids. I really wanted to change the way I looked and how I felt. After searching, I found bodyboss. It seemed perfect for my busy life, so I decided to give it try. I'm so glad I have. It works perfect with my busy schedule and my kids are enjoying the taste of moms new snacks. My work friends are looking at my snacks as they are eating their donuts. I have not even wanted to cheat. Besides if I do decide the guide has a special section called the cheaters club. haha. Like I said, they thought of everything. Thank you bodyboss! I can't wait to see my 5 foot 7 inch, 139.2 body when I'm done. I'm giving it a 100%. I got the bodyboss 6 week tone to do at the end of the 12 weeks. I would highly recommend bodyboss.
